Whenever I let my beard grow long, something deep inside me starts shifting. I begin to feel more connected to my inner self. My thoughts slow down and become more philosophical, more silent. Interestingly, during this time, my mind naturally turns away from non-vegetarian food. I know there’s no direct connection between growing a beard and avoiding certain foods—but for me, it’s an inner feeling, a subtle transformation.
I don’t follow any religious doctrine or fixed path to understand this feeling. Not even Osho, whom I deeply admire, holds the answer for me in this particular space. I am simply finding my own way—my own rhythm—to dissolve into nature. This path I walk is personal, without the boundaries of belief systems or spiritual rules. It’s just me, my body, my awareness, and nature.
Now at the age of 48, I’ve become even more conscious about staying active and clean—especially with my diet and physical routine. I no longer eat just for taste. I eat to feel light, fresh, and pure. And strength training is not just a workout for me; it is my form of prayer. It keeps my body alive and vibrant—not for the sake of appearance or to show off, but because I truly believe my body is a temple. It is the place where godliness resides.
Taking care of it, keeping it strong, clean, and full of life is my way of expressing devotion—not to any outer god, but to the life force within me.

Your works are very beautiful and soulful. Keep the good going .God bless 🙌
